Thanks for taking the time to read this. My company just purchased a
used Contex large format scanner, FSS 8300 dsp. The scanner arrived
alone (no manual / power cord / documents ..) and I really need a way
to test it out, I am hoping that someone has an installation CD that
would be willing get a copy to me, I would be happy to reimburse all
expenses. If you know of another way to communicate with the scanner,
that would be great too, perhaps I can get by with some sort of TWAIN
driver?

We use a custom made Document/Configuration management system, and I
am hoping to find a way to get the scanner to talk directly to our
system.

As I understand it this is a very popular and widely used scanner
model. We have a Xerox 8830 document printer, and another Xerox 8825
printer on the way. I would like to interface the scanner with one, or
both, of these printers. If you have experience you would be willing
to share with me, I would sure appreciate it.

Many thanks in advance for any assistance!

....John

There's one for sale on ebay.
Contact the seller for some possibilities.
BTW the sale page provides some very extensive details.
