Here is something you should try. First, use your favorite search
technique to try to locatea document by name that you know was in your
original My Documents folder. If it turns up on your HD, then point the
location of your curremt My Documents to that folder. My
Documents/Target/<folder name where you found the document>. Or. copy
all the documents in the located folder to your current My Documents
folder. It can't hurt to try this.
