Windows98SE had a subfolder of TempIntFiles in Windows called Content IE6.
Does this not exist in XP? I can't even find TempIntFiles except via
Tools>Options.

Look in \Documents and Settings\(user name)\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files

Each user has their own set of t.i.f.
