as administrator how can i retrieve or change password
for content advisor?

Hi Dana,

Passwords are a sensitive issue. For security reasons we cannot give out
instructions to reset or circumvent passwords in an online forum. In the
case where you do not know the password you may need to call into Product
Support for instructions on getting it reset.
