Content Advisor Password

I never set my content advisor, but yesterday it started
blcoking sites, LIKE ENCARTA.COM !!!! The password isn't
mine and there is no hint. Anyhelp?

You will need to contact Microsoft Product Support and
obtain a tool that will reset the Content Advisor
password. You will then be able to disable the Content
Advisor. Call 1-800-936-5700, when you get to the
interactive voice response system press 0, and explain to
the Customer Representative that you are experiencing a
problem with the Content Advisor.
