I don't know why but my content advisor was working a
while ago and then suddently its not working, I've cleared
all the web sites I was blocking from the list to start
over and still does not work. Does anyone has a clue why
this is??

Best Regards.

Thank you!

Hi Levi - Content Advisor - If you wish to restore Content Advisor to its
original condition (because of your kids) you can obtain a Microsoft program
(CA-Reset.exe - 89.5K) to do this here:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/CA-Reset.exe (listed on line
283) NOTE: Using CA-Reset will completely delete your Approved List -
everything starts like brand new, so consider this before you use it.

Hi Jim,

I did reset the content advisor manualy before doing the
CA-Reset. Anyway, this file did as you said and I folowed
the steps. My content advisor is still not working, in the
past when I would go to any site it would prompt me to
enter a password to approve the site, now the web browser
is going anywhere without my approval. There's got to be a
setting somewhere.

Hi again Jim,

Sorry for my previous note, please ignore, your solution
did solve CA problem, Thanks you very much and Best
Regards to you.

Does the user have administrator rights? For some reason
content advisor only works with admin rights. Must be some
crusty old code in IE.

YW, Levi - Glad you got it fixed.

I only have one active account on my system and it has
Administrator rights. I still wonder why the content
advisor suddently stoped working... I really appreciate
all your help. Thanks a lot :o)
