Contactss

Hi,
I'm using Outlook 2003 with Exchange SBS 2003. I have a contact address book
that I can
see as a subfolder to the Inbox, but when I go to create a mail message and
I access the address
book there the only addresses I see are from the global address book. Is
there a way to move
the addresses so I can access the addresses when I'm creating an email?

Thanks Craig

Are all your contact folders enabled as Outlook Address books? (Right click->properties->...)

Tools -> Address Book -> Tools -> Options -> Choose Contact which you would
like to use, then click the move up button

Good luck

Where would I check for that?

Milly already told you. Right-click each Contact folder you want to appear
in the address boook, choose Properties, select the Outlook Address Book
tab, and check the box marked "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book".
