I have close to 800 contacts in my outlook contacts file
with the full name selection set to last,first. I have
two cell phones I am syncing with outlook and one works
fine bringing the names over in last,first format. The
second phone switches the field to first,last when
loading on to the phone. The phone manufacturer cannot
help me. With one command can I switch that fullname
field back and forth for all of the established contacts?
 
Of course not. That setting is only for new Contacts.
This is an issue for your cell phone synchronization software manufacturer
to solve.
