Contacts Won't sync w/ Win Mobile

Lately, contacts added or changed to MS Outlook 2007 in PC will not sync
with my Pocket PC running Windows Mobile 5. Using ActiveSync v4.2 Any ideas?

I'd post in the proper group. This is not an Outlook issue.
