Contacts won't display in order

How do I get my contacts list to display in alphabetical
order? When I use Tools-Address Book, I get a window that
displays them alphabetically but from that window I can
print only formats I don't want. The two-column, detailed
format I want is printable only from the "Contacts"
display when you first call up Outlook. But the printout
is in no order whatsoever.

Never mind. I kept searching and found the filter was
sorting by email address.
