Contacts problem

How can I move a public folders contact list to show under the Contacts
dropdown list in Outlook 2003?
 
Right click the public folder. Choose properties. On the Outlook Address
Book tab click the checkbox that says "show this folder as an outlook
address book".

It is already configured as an outlook address book. It resolves names etc.
It just does not show the address book on the contacts dropdown list in
Outlook 2003. I just want it to be visible in this list.
