I add users email and fax numbers however when I go to create distribution
lists or email someone the name shows up twice, I was of the belief the one
associated with the fax number should show name (bussiness fax). Can
someone advise how I correct this in Office 2003 this is what it does.

Outlook has not shown the address type label since 2000. You can't correct
it. All you can do is resize the display window enough to distinguish one
address type from another.

If you move the horizontal slide bar underneath the names to the right,
you'll see an "E-mail Type" field that will say "SMTP" for an internet
address and "FAX" for a fax number. That or the fact that the mail address
will always be listed first can help you distinguish the two.
