Contacts not avail To, CC: BCC:

E

Edward Monet

From computer #1, I copied the entire OUTLOOK 2003 DATA file to a new data
management folder on a second computer.
I could not export it because of consistent error message = data missing,
moved, or lack permission).

At computer #2, I see Tasks, Calendar, Email history & contacts from
computer #1. However, I cannot access the Contacts @To, CC, BCC, when sending
an email. Error message = contact address book does not exist or that I lack
permission.

@TROUBLE SHOOTING, I did:

View>Arrange By>Current View>Customize current view>Filter> clear all. DONE!

Still no ability to see the contacts @ To:etc

Additional trouble shooting instructions do not replicate my screen @ The
OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK IS LISTED. 1) I do not have a GO Menu.

Do I have a corrupt data file issue or an OUTLOOK issue? In either event,
what is the fix?

Thanks

Ed Monet

Right-click the Contacts folder containg the contacts and choose Properties.
Select the Outlook Address Book tab and check the box labeled "Show this
folder as an e-mail Address Book".
