close you can come is a CONTACTS icon on the tool bar.
or contacts in SIDEBAR.

how to get contacts in folder list of widows mail
just like OE
 
Greetings! How would you do this? I am very used to having a variety of
folders for contacts. I organized my contacts into folders, but when I go to
email - I only get the long list of all my contacts. thank you

Tight click the Sidebar.
Choose "Add gadgets"
 
Is Microsoft working on fixing this problem. It is a huge inconvenience. I
don't see how large companies could use this system! Can this be
accomplished by using Microsoft Office Outlook?
