Contacts and outlook address book!

hi i am using outloo 2003, have all emails in my Contacts, i wish to copy
all email addresses from contacts to Outlook address book. How do i do this?

No you don't.
The address book in Outlook is simply a view of your Contacts Folder.
All you have to do is configure the Address Book to display your Contacts.
