Contacts and Microsoft fax

I have been using Microsoft Fax and Outlook Address Book for several months
now (reluctantly, since Winfax 10.0 don't work with XP), and I've recently
developed a problem with Outlook Contacts Address Book when I'm selecting a
send to address in Fax.

The names are in the Contacts Address Book but do not show up in the list of
available addresses with fax numbers in the contact record.

If I make a new record, they do appear.

Anybody have any idea what is going on ?

I assume you mean Windows XP Fax?
Please clarify where you are unable to find your fax numbers. Include your
Outlook version, the number of Contact Folders you have, and how you have
configured the Outlook Address Book.
