contacts and address book

hi all

I have a problem, I migrated my outlook file over to a new computer. My
contacts are all present and correct but when I go to a new email and hit
"to" they do not appear. I have tried changing the address book but they
never appear?

Hi Everybody

Please advise on how to take amy entire email account -
all message as well as subdirectories from my work
desktop and transfer this to my laptop

NB - i have use service providers on the two computers:
work and private
