contacts and address book not identical

Greg

If I type the first few letters of someone's name in
the "To" line of an email and then click on "Check names"
it goes to the address book. I have some names that
should be in there because they are in my "Contacts"
however some are missing. How do I get the "contacts"
and "address book" in sync?

In "Contacts properties" there is a check mark in front
of "Show this folder as an e-mail address book".

Any help is appreciated. Thanks..

Go to, outlook - addressbook - tools - options and make
sure you have both the address book in there and the
contacts.... this will let outlook look in both for
address.

My suggestion (though just a guess) would be for you to remove the Outlook
Address Book service from your profile and re-add it.
