Appointments don't have contacts in them. Meetings do. Use the Scheduling
tab in an appointment and it wll change to a meeting. Where do you want to
see the attendees? What view?

Thanks for getting back. I would like to see them in Calendar view. Is
there a particular reason that appointments associated with contacts don't
show the name? It doesn't make sense to me. Many of my appointments are on
the phone and there are several in a day so I want to click on the correct
one right away.
