I am a realtor and would like to know if anyone has experience using ms
office 2003 as a contact database managment

It will work, but be aware of its limitations.

Nice features:

1. All e-mail correspondence is in one place.
2. You can set a family as an Account and link spouse and kids into that
account.
3. Mobile synchronization to Windows Mobile 2002 and 2003.
4. You can integrate with Small Business Accounting 2006 if you want to

I am in the process of creating a realtor-specific set of guidelines for BCM
and MS CRM. My only concern is that I can't sync to WM 5.0 from BCM and
that's simply not acceptable to my clients who have the latest PDAs.
