Contact List?

Hi,
Is there a way to show the contact list below the Folder list in the same
way as it was in Windows XP?
I have looked under the Layout setting and it isn't mentioned there.
Help will be appreciated.

MS dropped this feature from Windows Mail.
It is NOT possible.

Thanks, That is another reason why I'll keep XP on my other computer.
Doesn't MS realize what a handy feature that is???
