Contact List Problem w Alt/K

Terri

I have 11 Contact accounts separated into "house maintenace", "personal",
etc. However when I use the function to send email and put a partial name
along with ALT-K, it will NEVER bring up names on some of these contact
lists. It actually shows 6 out of the 11 and even if I chose "show more
names" - those contact accounts are not shown.

What can I do to have all the accounts recognized? I hope I have explained
myself properly.
