Is there any field that identifies a unique contact in Outlook 2000+ ?
(FileAs seems not to be unique)

EntryId? ;) They also seem to have a PR_INTERNET_MESSAGE_ID, but I don't
know if I'd rely on that.

Unfortunaly EntryID seems not to be visible from the All Fields tab, that's
why I could not find it.

The PR_INTERNET_MESSAGE_ID is not available in Outlook 2000.
 
You mean fields that are visible within Outlook's UI? Well, then, no, there
aren't any contact fields that you can use to uniquely identity a contact.
At least, as fas as I know.
