Contact Attachment in Email Outlook 2000

I have outlook 2000.
Someone just sent me an email with an attachement that when I open it looks
like a contact record and functions like a contact record. Is it possible to
save this attachment in my contact folder without re-keying all the data?

If it opens in a Contact form you can save it in your Contacts folder.

Try dragging it into your Contacts folder or opening it and using the File | Copy to FOlder command.
