I am writing master thesis about consumers' multi channel shopping behavior.
Could you introduce me some resources (database, databank) that enable me to
access secondary data about consumers' behavior?
If I use online survey, how do I collect and compile these data?
Thank you for your help.

I suppose it's possible that one could use Microsoft Access (the
subject of this newsgroup) as one of several tools in the development
of this project, but I'm not aware that anyone has done so. You're
talking about a rather major project - not something you can use off
the shelf!

One good example of a Survey database which could be adapted is Duane
Hookum's "At Your Survey" sample database:

Check out Microsoft Frontpage 2002. It has a survey wizard for creating
surveys online.

Over 1000 Access users have come to me for help. My fees are very
reasonable.
