Consultant Needed

I am making the switch from FileMaker Pro to BCM 2.0. I have loads of questions, and have grown frustrated by Microsoft Support's incredible lack of technical know-how about the product.

I have put hours and hours and have gotten nowhere.

Do MS Certified BCM consultants exists? If so, how can I find one in my area.
