Constant Rebooting

My daughter called anc said a window popped up saying to
save all data and that the computer was going to reboot
in 60 seconds. The window is labeled System Shutdown and
it is issued by NT Authority\System. After the
countdown, the PC reboots. After the Reboot, the window
appears again and she has 60 seconds to work on the
computer before it reboots again again, again, and
again. Any Ideas owhat is causing this orhow to break
the cycle without flatning hard drive?

Hi!
Start > Run, and enter "shutdown -a" when the
next RPC countdown begins. This will abort the shut down.
