Constant pinging

Ok, first off I gotta say I know very little about PC's so
any info you guys can give must be in a form that a 6 year
old could follow. Possibly because I will need to get my 6
year old to do it.
I am constantly being pinged by 2 other PC's on the
internet. I mean pinged every 3 or 4 seconds. My firewall
(McAFFEE) stops them from doing anything mallicious (if
that is their intent) but good grief it is annoying me.
With this limited information can anyone hazard a guess at
what I can do about this?
I will try to provide more information if its requested
(and I can figure out how to get it )

Since your firewall is stopping it, your next best step is to contact
your ISP and see if they can block it from there.
