I must have done something weird to my computer: A couple of days ago I
started getting an "Enter Network Password" box for every ad on every page I
browse to. For instance, I go to iwon.com, and I get one for
ad.doubleclick.net, I hit cancel and I get one for image.imgfarm.com, cancel
again, and I get i1mg.com. And that happens on every web site regardless of
whether I have PopupBlocker on or not.

The only thing I can think might have started this, was that I uninstalled
the free version of ZoneAlarm, but I can't get anything from their site, and
I can't be sure that that's what started the problem bacause I can't rmember
if this started happening immediatly, or a day or so later.

I don't have any of the files or directories listed under the iWon Aornum
information in your first link. Interesingly though, I do use iWon as my
start page, so perhaps they have added something new. I regularly run
Spybot Search and Destroy, and did so again. The only thing it found was my
start page being iWon, which I had it remove. I've also run AdsGone, a
popup blocker that also checks for Spyware. Everything says I have no
spyware.

Any other ideas? Could this be a securty setting in IE?
