Consolidating Calendars

I use multiple calendars for different projects - which would include notes
about deadlines and proposed meetings for any one project. I can print them
out for my team. Is there a way I can consolidate different calendars into
one GIANT CONSOLIDATED CALENDAR for personal use.

Yep select the contents and drag them into the 1 calendar you want to use.
You select them by changing the view to By Category, then highlight the
whole lot, right drag to destination folder and release, choosing Copy.
