Consolidate Outlook Contacts

I migrated my contacts from my old office pc to my home
PC, but now I have 2 seperate address book listings for
contacts. How do I consolidate all my contacts into a
single address book.
 
How did you do this migration?
How many Contacts Folders do you have? (Outlook does not use address books,
so I'm not sure what you mean by having 2 address books).
