Consolidate Multiple Workbook

How do I consolidate two workbooks into a new worksheet.
I would like to browse and find the two workbooks. What
is the procedure?

Frank. I am trying to use Data, Consolidation from the
menu bar to consolidate data. I am not looking to put in
a code just to use this menu or do I?
