Console select problem

Hi

is there a way to prevent from the console to get into select mode when
pressing the console.

each time i press the console it gets into select mode which halts the
application.

Hi Uzi,

This is setting of the system. I don't know if you can control it
programmatically. When you start the application click on the console
window's system icon and from the menu choose properties.
Then unselect "QuickEdit Mode" combobox. When you dismiss the dialog it will
ask you whether to save those settings for future use.
