Console Fax on the station WinXPPro

Hello,

I have a Fax shared in W2003 server DC with PC XP Pro on the LAN.

On the station customer if I connect myself as TOTO, I do not see anything
in

the console, if I carry out the console of telefax as:Administrator of
domain, I see all.

Why that functions only as an Administrator of the domain?

For information, my account TOTO, I put it in the Administrateur group of
the domain, and it's work, i see all.
