consistent error message

I run 3dMark 2001 on a newly formatted HD.

I'm running a P4 2.8 on an Intel mobo 845 GERG2 with 512
333DDR RAM. All critical updates are loaded. Everytime
it comes to a certain point in 3dMark benchmark.. I get
this error..

Fault bucket 49928958

I also experience IE errors somewhat randomly... with mmc
erros also not consistently when I access device manager.

Odd erros indeed... any info?

Hi Paul,

Checked event viewer yet? Start/run eventvwr.msc and check the system and
application logs for clues. It may be (probably actually) something specific
to that program and its interaction with your video card driver.
