Conntection Lost

Everytime I try to end an email it tells me that me connection has been lost,
it says it may be a netweork or a server problem but when this happens I am
still online and I also cannot receive messages, I have tried to change my
incoming and outgoing mail server and nothing works. What am I supposed to ne
using for these and why do I keep losing my connection

Your incoming and outgoing email servers, and the details of using them,
depend on what email provider you are using (usually the same as your
internet provider). You need to ask your email provider for their
instructions in how to set up to use their email servers. If they haven't
written instructions for Windows Mail yet, use their instructions for
Outlook Express but under Windows Mail instead. The instructions
are probably somewhere on their web site. Or, you could tell us who
your email provider is and see if anyone here already knows where to
find the instructions.
 
If you get an error message, right-click on it, copy, then paste it
into a reply here. There are subtle diagnostic details in the error
message that will help us figure out what is wrong.
