Connectivity Wizard Won' accept any name

Anyone have any problems with connection wizard? Taking a client from T1 line
to dialup (poor guy). Wehen trying to use the wizard to establish the dialup
connection the wizard will not accept the name no matter what I use for a
neme! Anybody help! I don't have to reinstall windows completely, tried
reinstalling to clean up system but it didn't work. This machine was hie by
mIRC whwn on the t1 and some it remains. Another question, I can't find
anything to remove tne mIRC programs. Help!
