Connection

I have a new PC with windows XP,
and symentec internet security, i have a window appear
saying SYMANTEC EMAIL PROXY and I can no longer connect
to my ISP, mesage Unable to establish a connection, is it
a connection problem or is Symentec stopping the access.

Sounds like a Symantec issue. You may have to disable
email settings in your Symantec antivirus. See this site
