Connection XP2Me

Hallo all,
I've got 3 machines. 2 with Win ME and the last with WinXP. All are
connected bz ethernet CAT5 cables into switch. Problem is that ME machines
don't see XP machine and XP doesn't see MEs. Even if ME sees ME and sharing
is allowed on XP.
Can anybody help me?
 
Firewall is off, but nothing happened. Before this XP2ME network I had
XP2XP and it worked. I've read some articles and found a function PING.
Don't you know what is it for?
