Connection to Win Small Biz Server 2003 - Problem

Hi,
For the past week, I've had to reboot my system in
the morning or else it just runs so slowly as if it's
almost frozen.
Also, we have our SBS set up so we can connect to
our network remoteley, but have been unable to do so.
Both of these occurances started about 5 days ago.
Any ideas?

Set Up:
server - Win Small Biz Server 2003
client - WinXP Pro
