Connection timede out message

I get the following error message:

App_bk_038

Connection timed out (error #10060)

I found the App_bk_038 entry in the registry. Can
anybody help me correct this. I just installed Service
Pack1 for Windows XP Professional.
Is there a connection with this upgrade?
