connection problems -HELP !!!

My win2k pro sp2 server jast crashed ( ntos kernel )
I Reinstaled the server at repair mode ,but the terminal
Server does not functions.
No rdp connection can be establish.
There is no prticular error message or event id.

Any idea ????
