Connection problem

Dear all, I have Adsl connection and two computers are connected to that ADSL
modem. The very interesting thing is one of my computers does not connect to
internet and gives an error of limited or no connectivity. When I make
repair, it says windows have problem of renewing my ip address. I tries to
give specific ip adress, although it takes an IP address, it does not open
sites. Could you please help me to solve this problem. I can give you details
about this problem.
Regards

Do this on each machine:
1. Start a Command Prompt.
2. Type these commands:
ipconfig /all > c:\ipconfig.txt
notepad c:\ipconfig.txt
3. Paste the contents of this file into your reply for each PC.

You should also turn off your PC-based firewall during testing.

You would be better off going to your ISP support. For example
0.verizon.whatever.....
As a rule of thumb it is usually one PC per IP to a modem. Multiple
connections can be had by using a router between the modem and
the PC's.
