connection interruption

I have not been able to access my MSN email from Outlook 2003. It happened
for a few days stopped and then started again. I can log onto Hotmail and
review the messages. I keep getting the following message:

Task 'MSN - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the
server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: +OK
236 bytes'

MSN has has internal outage problems for the past few days. (It was in CNN
news.) Today it seems to be working ok for me.
