Connection From Win2000 to Windows XP

Hello

I'am trying to rollout Norton Antivirus from a Windows 2000 machine to a
Windows XP Machine. It asks in the rollout for a username a password. I've
set a account up on the XP machine Username = Administrator1 and a password.
When Rolling out the norton I type in the details but it does not accept
these details. This is the first machine running XP all others have been the
same Operating system win 2000
