Connection can not be established? IMAP is in OFFLINE mode?

As soon as I switch on the computer, I get the message " A connection to the
server could not be established. IMAP is now in Offline mode!" Again I got
the message that "Unable to download from IMAP". There will be no trouble
after solving this problem. I look forward to your reply. Thanks
 
Do you have an IMAP account configured in Outlook? It seems to be having
trouble connecting. Can you check with the server's provider?
