Connecting Wires to Motherboard

Have 2 questions about connecting wires from the Enlight case to my
motherboard.

1. The case has one fan at the rear of the case but there are 3 places on
the ASUS motherboard to connect it to. Which one would be best, does it
matter?

- PWR_FAN1
- CHA_FAN2
- CHA_FAN1

There is a comment in the manual that only teh CHA_FAN1 supports Asus Q-Fan
2 feature, so would one assume this would be the best one to hook my only
fan to (other then the CPU and fan's in the PowerSupply).

2. For all the different system panel connectors I see a little black arrow
on one of the pins. Is this pin #1. Doesn't seem to be any information as
to which way each of these plug in. I can find the location each goes to
but don't want to put them in backwards. Any tips?

usually for a case fan I connect it directly to the power supply
you can get an adapter if the connector is wrong.
but if you still want to connect to the MB use cha_1 or 2.
