Windows XP Connecting UPS to PCS using WMI

HI all

I have a task on connecting UPS to PCS and retreving data from UPS through Windows MAnagement Instrumentation and MAnaging UPS through PCS.

Can anybody suggest me how to proceed with this task and if you have any examples please forward to me.
