Connecting to my Server on WEb

Hi to all

I have One 3MG Broadband connection (NTL) plug in to Draytek Router
Firewall. my WAN ip address is 82.15.62.190 when I am typing this address
into the browser it's open my Firewall Configration wizzard but when my
friends type same WAN ip address to connect to my Server from their computer
at home they can see my web pages on webserver.

I would like to know what do i have to do to see my pages by typing ip
address in to the browser.
Plese not I can see my pages on my server by typing localhost.

some routers have a loopback for local address. like a static route to tell
itself that the destination is itself
