Hello there

Im running Windows 2000 Server and right now it only got 1 user
"administrator"
When the computer boots up and then I log in with it , I start up some
applications and they all are running so i lock it (ctrl alt del)

And now if I try to connect to it remotedesktop or terminal serivce client
dosent matter , I type in user : administrator and then password
*****************
but then it opens up a new desktop ... like another administrator logging in
and I cant see those apps I started with the computer =/

Im logged in as the right user but I cant interact with that session without
having physical access to it?

That's correct. In W2K, you can have only one single session 0 (=
the console session).
What you want is possible with a 2003 server. On W2K, use
pcAnywhere or VNC.
